Tenant Relations

We provide the first point of contact with tenants and a 24-hour emergency number for tenants (someone from our office is always available to your tenants.)

We enforce lease terms and negotiate lease renewals with tenants.


Physical maintenance is critical to preserving and enhancing the value of your office or retail investment. We work diligently to preserve and improve your center and ensure you are receiving the best value for every dollar spent:

  • We benchmark your vendor pricing and service-level against the pricing and service at other managed properties. We are always looking for opportunities for you to get better service and/or better pricing from vendors. And, we are always reviewing our rolodex of vendors to ensure our clients are receiving the very best service and pricing.
  • We develop and execute a routine maintenance schedule for each property.
  • Through routine physical inspections of the property, we identify capital improvement needs, oversee vendors (landscaping, snow removal, extermination, parking lot repair, etc.) and monitor issues (graffiti, tenant violations, etc.)
